Dr. Kristin M. Gore, MD
Dr. Kristin Gore is a board certified Family Medicine physician with experience in global health/tropical medicine, urgent care, geriatric medicine, adolescent medicine, and pediatrics. Dr. Gore received her Associate of Science in Biology from Gordon College in 2001 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Chemistry from Augusta State University in 2003. She went to medical school at The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and graduated in 2008. She then completed a Family Medicine/Global Health residency at AnMed Health in Anderson, SC in 2012. She also obtained an International Medicine & Public Health Diploma in 2014. Dr. Gore has worked at Family Medical Center in Griffin since 2001. Her areas of interest are mental health, tropical/travel medicine, ADD/ADHD, and diabetes management. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She resides in Griffin and enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter.

DR. WOODLEY B. MARDY-DAVIS
Dr. Woodley Mardy-Davis is fellow-ship trained and triple board certified through The American Board of Anesthesiology and The American Board of Addiction Medicine. Board Certifications include Interventional Spine/Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Davis specializes in nonsurgical and minimally invasive surgical treatments of the spine, and musculoskeletal system.
Dr. Davis’ skills are honed in the fluoroscopically and ultrasound guided procedures to intervene in the disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. Dr. Davis advocates a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to acute, chronic spine and pain disorders through the use of innovative diagnostic tools, treatment interventions and successful rehabilitation
Dr. Woodley Mardy-Davis’ extensive educational background and medical training is as follows:

- Fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine: Emory University.
In addition to specializing in treatment interventions of the spine and musculoskeletal disorders, Dr. Davis’s expertise also includes Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Diabetic Neuropathy, Cancer Pain, Pancreatitis, Interstitial Cystitis, Chronic Pelvic Pain, Chronic Pain due to Vascular Disease, Crohns’ Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Interventional Treatments include: Epidural Steroid Injections, Facet Injections, Botox injections, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Sympathetic/Ganglion Blocks, Minimally Invasive lumbar Decompression (MILD), Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty for compression fractures.
Dr. Davis’ additional training and board certification in Addiction Medicine also affords her the opportunity to treat and prevent opioid addiction that may occur with chronic pain disorders. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiologist and Georgia Society of Anesthesiologist. Dr. Davis enjoys exercising, body training, music, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
