Supporting Patient Education, Outreach, and Community Impact
Partners in Compassion is Georgia Medical Cannabis Society’s community partnership initiative created to support patient education, medical cannabis awareness, advocacy resources, and compassionate access to information across Georgia.
Through annual support, event collaboration, in-kind contributions, educational partnerships, and community-centered engagement, our Partners in Compassion help GMCS continue serving patients, caregivers, veterans, seniors, disabled individuals, and underserved communities.

Partner recognition does not represent an endorsement of any specific product, treatment, service, or location. GMCS does not sell, distribute, prescribe, or recommend cannabis products. Our role is nonprofit education, patient navigation support, advocacy awareness, and community resource connection.
The purpose of Partners in Compassion is to build a stronger support system around patient education, medical cannabis awareness, health equity, and community-centered advocacy.
GMCS believes that patients and caregivers deserve access to reliable information, compassionate guidance, and safe spaces where they can learn, ask questions, and connect with resources.
Our vision is to grow a statewide network of partners who help advance education, reduce stigma, support underserved communities, and strengthen Georgia’s patient-centered medical cannabis movement.
'Partners in Compassion' collaborates with individuals, organizations, and educational institutions dedicated to justice and education within the cannabis industry, including advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and industry leaders in cannabis and hemp. Our goal is to foster collaborations that promote educational outreach, influence legislative reforms, and expand medical cannabis programs to embrace a broader spectrum of conditions.
GMCS centers patients, caregivers, and community needs first. Partners in Compassion support work that prioritizes education, access to information, and community impact.
We believe reliable education is essential to reducing stigma and helping people better understand Georgia’s medical cannabis landscape.
Compassionate Access to Information
Patients, veterans, seniors, disabled individuals, caregivers, and underserved communities deserve clear, respectful, and accessible information.
GMCS values partnerships that are rooted in trust, shared purpose, and a commitment to strengthening communities.
Partners help support public awareness, civic education, and advocacy resources that help communities better understand policy, access, and patient needs.
GMCS is committed to responsible nonprofit operations, transparent recognition, and compliance-centered education.

Annual partners help sustain GMCS’s ongoing education, outreach, advocacy awareness, and community programming throughout the year.

Event sponsors support Lunch and Learn sessions, workshops, summits, community conversations, patient education programs, and outreach events.

In-kind partners support GMCS through donated goods, services, printing, venue access, food support, supplies, technology, professional services, and other mission-aligned resources.

Community space partners help provide safe, welcoming, and accessible places where GMCS can host education, outreach, and community-centered programming.

Educational partners help support learning opportunities, research awareness, professional insight, patient education, and public health-centered conversations.

Supporters may also contribute time, skills, outreach assistance, content support, community connections, or program resources.
